Business Meetings
It’s almost as if The Historic Elk Mountain Hotel was exclusively designed to accommodate business meetings.
Our meeting room was developed for small groups with a conference style table to promote dialogue between participants. The Victorian era parlor is available as an informal meeting space, whilst the exterior decks provide space to chat over the day’s conclusions, during the summer anyway. Catered lunches and dinners can be provided to allow groups to stay on site for lunch and dinner. For day conferences we can serve coffee, tea, cookies and lunch is available in our restaurant and for working lunches every variety of sandwiches.
Affording a relaxed atmosphere and exceptional service The Historic Elk Mountain Hotel is the natural place to meet and we're fully equipped to cover every last detail of your meeting. Our meeting room can seat up to fourteen persons in air conditioned comfort, and is more spacious than it appears in photos.
Easily accessible despite the secluded and beautiful location hidden amidst the Cottonwoods; we are located less than one hour from Laramie and Rawlins and Within 3 hours of Denver but just 3 miles from the Interstate 80 (Take exit 255 and turn south towards Elk Mountain).
